Terms of Service

These terms apply to all LexRefresh services. By completing payment, you agree to the terms below.

1. What’s included

The $1,500 CAD flat fee covers one single-page website, including copywriting, mobile-responsive design, a working intake form, on-page SEO, standard footer disclaimers, 12 months of hosting on LexRefresh infrastructure, one revision round after the staging preview, and DNS handoff at launch. Delivery targets 72 hours from completed intake form submission.

2. Additional work

Additional revision rounds, extra pages, and custom features are billed separately. Post-launch changes are available at $200 per change request.

3. Hosting

Hosting on LexRefresh infrastructure is included for the first 12 months. After that, continued hosting is $240 per year, billed annually. Clients can also move the site to their own hosting at no charge.

4. Compliance

Clients are responsible for compliance with their applicable law society or state bar advertising rules. LexRefresh reviews copy against published guidance but does not provide legal advice. LexRefresh is not a law firm.

5. Ownership

Clients retain full ownership of all content and design after launch.

6. Refunds

Full refund before the intake form is submitted. 50% refund after intake but before the staging preview is delivered. No refund after the staging preview has been delivered; the one revision round is the path to getting the site right.

7. Inactivity

If a staging preview has been delivered and the client does not respond within 14 days, the project is considered complete and is launched on the staging URL. No further work is owed. Clients can re-engage within 6 months for $400 to resume and launch.
